I gave the technician my desktop and the harddrive was failing. The tech gave me the options to upgrade, saved as much from the bad drive... as they could, and explained how much better the new drive would work. I am very satisfied!read more

Came in for a screen and digitizer replacement, was quoted less than wal-mart's price. Job was completed within quoted time frame and under... quoted price. My phone was not backed up; laughs and smiles from my son's first year of life were returned to me for an absolute bargain. 11 out of 10 for quality, value, courteousness and especially my gratitude.read more

Matt and his wife are very helpful and knowledgeable with a variety of electronics. We had a phone that wouldn't let the connector go into... the charging port. Matt found lint in the charging port of the phone. He cleaned it out and the phone is charging again. The cell phone case didn't have a charging port cover.Quick fix. Saved us from getting a new phone.He's also helped us with a number of our computers and I feel he's reasonably pricedread more
